In order to streamline support requests to add pedigrees and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference, we provide complete archives and a history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

To begin Click on "Open a new ticket", and make sure to choose your breed, see the picture below. It's not the most logical but Select a Help Topic is where you choose your breed.

Please do not forget to add your pedigrees you do that after you click on choose your breed, down at the bottom of the page:
